Meet Aaron Walters
Aaron Walters didn't fall into property. He chose it early. While still in Year 10, he enrolled in a property certificate at TAFE, then went on to complete a Diploma in Property. Once his HSC was done, he stepped straight into real estate.
From there, Aaron built his experience on both sides of the industry. He worked across real estate agencies and with property developers, learning how properties are marketed, priced, built and sold.
By 2019, he was thinking seriously about buyers agency. In early 2020, he was made redundant. Rather than look for another role, Aaron took it as his cue. He started his own business, and Walters Property Group was born.
The lesson that started it all
Aaron's drive to help investors started at home. His parents held their Cherrybrook home for 30 years. It was a great asset, but it was never put to work. That equity sat still for three decades when it could have been helping them build wealth.
Watching that shaped how Aaron sees property. Owning a home is a strong start. Knowing how to use it is what changes a family's financial future. That idea sits at the heart of everything we do.
Quality over quantity
There's a popular idea that success in property means owning as many properties as possible. We don't agree. A portfolio of ten weak properties can leave you worse off than three strong ones.
